Gypsophila Pearls Ginga is a much-branched gypsophila with 1cm double pure white flowers. Dense 80cm tall stems present beloved fully fluffed flower pillows. Available in season from December to May.

At Blooming Country we harvest when 50% of the florets are open – this results in vase life of 12-14 days and extended presentation for an event. As an added bonus, Gypsophila Pearls Ginga lacks the strong, distinct scent typical of baby's breath varieties from older generations.

Grown in the Snowy Mountains by Blooming Country - Australia’s high-country flower farm, Gypsophila Pearls Ginga is cut, pulsed, conditioned and packed, and on the road to you within 48 hours. We take the extra day due to our use of a Long Pulse Method to achieve significantly lower use of Silver Thiosulfate (STS) in solution. This aligns with our watchful eye over chemical use not just in our growing, but in any pulsing and conditioning routines.
