This is the classic large-blossomed standard carnation, but better!
A bi-colour flower, standard carnation Diego is soft butter yellow with ruby red ruffles. The standard bunch of 8 will give a statuesque “punch” when coupled with these ruby snapdragons simply gathered in a vase.
Blooming Country’s Class I grade Standard Carnation Diego lends itself to presentation bouquets that will absolutely pop when coupled with sunset toned gerbera daisies or ruffly teddy bear sunflowers. Add a cooling contrast with the grey-toned air of baby blue eucalyptus.
Standard Carnation Diego is an absolute stand-out. Treated well, standard carnations are much appreciated for their generous vase life of 9-11 days in the home. Out of water they hold their own for approximately 48-72 hours. Good news for an event design.
Fragrance is a faint hint, reminiscent of cloves.
Grown in the Snowy Mountains by Blooming Country - Australia’s high-country flower farm. Cut, conditioned and packed, and on the road to you within 24 hours. Click here to get your bunch of buttery goodness.
